TREYBURN APARTMENTS is a three story, 27-unit apartment building located in North Charlotte. It is comprised of both one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 696 square feet to 978 square feet.TREYBURN APARTMENTS captures modern aesthetics while incorporating standard wood construction.Cement board materials, such as lap siding and trim, were used to define the buildings façades and create a unique exterior rhythm.The building is designed to front Treyburn Drive, allowing great views from the units while keeping surface parking confined to the back of the site.Open breezeways at the rear provide circulation and unrestricted foot traffic in otherwise enclosed corridors.
